And still walking. Switched to MapMyWalk for tracking and having trouble posting from there. I’m up to 2.5 miles/50 min. a day, now. Will try posting it again tomorrow. I’ve lost 13 lbs. and 2 jeans sizes, though and just feel better in general! :) Hope y’all are doing good!
I use sweet-n-low in my cereal and tea and I like sprite zero. Occasionally I get the sugar-free klondike bars. You have to watch the sugar-free stuff though, because a lot of it is loaded with fat. Likewise, a lot of the fat-free stuff is loaded with carbs. The fat-free/sugar-free yogurt is good. I like cherry vanilla with some fresh grapes mixed in. :)

“Salt Diabetes” is what they used to call hypernatremia, although I’m 45 and haven’t heard “Salt Diabetes” since I was 12. Interesting…

Sugar’s been low all night and still is despite the 16 glucose tablets I’ve consumed. So, going to eat breakfast and give the fast insulin some time to work itself out - then see if I feel okay to walk. I hate diabetes…
